Initial Assessments

To begin with I will undertake an Initial Assessment to identify your current symptoms and functioning level.
We will then come up with a treatment plan together and this will be reviewed regularly.
All reports are written and sent to you.

Assessment and Reports (including for external agencies):

I have substantial experience of writing reasonable adjustment reports in the work place / college etc.
I also write detailed reports for benefit claims where required.
